Contacting Us

If you contact us by phone, email, via the reservation form or via the takeaway order form, we process the information you provide to handle your request, reservation or order.

Reservation and Order Forms

When using the reservation and order forms, we process, depending on the request, in particular name, phone number, email address, date, time, number of guests, type of request, optional seating preference, desired pickup time, selected dishes, order quantity, order value and voluntary message content. The information is used for request confirmation, internal review, confirmation or rejection of the reservation and for processing, timing and preparing takeaway orders.

The forms use technical protection mechanisms against spam, such as honeypot fields, timing checks, rate limiting and server-side validation. For reservations, existing open and confirmed reservations are compared with the stored seating capacities. For takeaway orders, the system checks whether the desired pickup is possible within opening hours.

Offers by Email

If you give separate consent, we store your email address, name, language and the time of consent in order to occasionally send you offers and news from ZENZI. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn by email at any time.

Internal Reservation and Order Management

Reservation requests and takeaway orders can be viewed, confirmed, rejected or completed by the service team in a protected internal area. Status, processing time, pickup time and, where applicable, a message to the guest are stored.

Server Log Files

When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed, such as IP address, time of access, browser information and requested files.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use analytics tools and does not set its own marketing cookies. Technically necessary hosting functions may be required for secure delivery of the website.

External Services

Google Maps is not embedded directly. The map link opens Google Maps only after an active choice by visitors. When opening it, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Rights of Data Subjects

Within the scope of legal requirements, you have in particular the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
