If you contact us by phone, email or via the reservation form, we process the information you provide to handle your request and possible reservations.

Reservation Form

When using the reservation form, we process in particular name, phone number, email address, date, time, number of guests, type of request and voluntary message content. The information is used for the request confirmation, internal review, confirmation or rejection of the reservation.

The form uses technical protection mechanisms against spam, such as a honeypot field, a timing check, rate limiting and server-side validation. For availability checks, existing open and confirmed reservations are compared with the stored seating capacities.

Internal Reservation Management

Reservation requests can be viewed, confirmed or rejected by the service team in a protected internal area. Status, processing time and, where applicable, a message to the guest are stored.

Server Log Files

When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed, such as IP address, time of access, browser information and requested files.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use analytics tools and does not set its own marketing cookies. Technically necessary hosting functions may be required for secure delivery of the website.

External Services

Google Maps is not embedded directly. The map link opens Google Maps only after an active choice by visitors. When opening it, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
